Canada Post Deliveries
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (Specific to your region) option on ALL first time orders.
Signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the package during Canada Post's delivery attempts, Canada Post will send your package to your nearest post office. Only the person named on the shipping label can pick up the package once age has been verified. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else.
The process for age verification for Local Deliveries is the same as Canada Post. Our drivers will request an I.D. to ensure the recipient is of legal age before the package is handed over.
Please ensure you are 19+ before making a purchase on our website. If age cannot be verified and the package is sent back to our facility, you will NOT receive a refund for any costs associated with shipping. We charge a 10% restocking fee along with the shipping cost. This is applicable to both Canada Post and Local Delivery shipments.
We currently offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $59 (before taxes) For orders under $59 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and rates will be based on volume of order and location. Shipping times are based on method of shipping chosen at checkout, which will be displayed at the same time.
We currently ship with Canada Post and Local Delivery Couriers.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with the exception of some holidays.
Canada Post does not ship/deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays or any major Canadian holidays.
If your chosen method of shipping contains a tracking number, the number will automatically be generated once we create your shipping label during processing. You will receive a notification that your package has been shipped, which will contain the tracking information.
